2004 Zing

Zing is crafted from French Colombard grapes grown at our Beverley Vineyard, at Severnlea. 2004 was an excellent year on the Granite Belt and the wine’s fresh crispness captures warm summer days and cool nights. The wine is aromatic with tropical fruit flavours and crackling acidity. A great companion for seafood, or summer salads. Try it with oysters.
