Named for “The Opera House” holiday cottage at Whiskey Gully Wines’ Beverley Vineyard, where fruit for this wine was grown. This chardonnay was fermented and finished in stainless steel. It has light fig aromas and a medium-bodied palate. It is fleshy and well-rounded with a wonderful creaminess. A perfect partner for salads, cold meats and pasta dishes. Try it with Spaghetti Carbonara.
