2002 Upper House Cabernet Sauvignon

Wine and politics go together like a horse and carriage, hence the political theme of our red wines.

Upper House Cabernet Sauvignon is a premium red showing rich berry flavours with dabs of nutmeg and moccha.

Lifted French oak and tasty fine grained tannins complete the description.

Delicious and one of our best Cab. Sav’s to date. Smooth and approachable, it drinks well early but will develop over three to five years in the bottle.

Food: any red meat but particularly eye fillet steak or roast venison.
