2002 Republic Red

Aged in American oak hogsheads for eight months, this wine is deep, dark, soft and wonderfully approachable.

Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz from our Beverley vineyard were selected to produce a wine that would drink well straight away.

The nose is aromatic with cassis and black olives while the palate is fruit driven, spicy, well balanced and long.

A well rounded wine that will drink early or cellar for up to five years. An excellent accompaniment to beef, lamb and venison.
