Way back when, Denise Frost, partner of The Courier Mail wine writer, Mike, thought up the idea of making a Rosé wine with some young Cab. Sav. we had in the vineyard that were struggling through the drought. What better accolade could we give than to call the resulting wine Frosty’s Rosé? This is a great light and fruity summer wine, a Mediterranean-style Rosé. Enjoy with sunshine, surf, salad and soul-mates. |
