From our productive Block
4, this straight Chardonnay was aged in American and French oak
hogsheads for eight months.
Well defined, the nose is
spicy with citrus rind aromas while the palate is creamy with fig and
melon flavours.
It is well balanced and
long with excellent oak tannins and should cellar well for up to six
years.
Its big flavours make it a
great food wine to accompany white meats, pasta and smoked seafood. |
